The lodge is two years old with minimal usage and offers a lovely modern interior with open plan living space to a modern kitchen with integrated appliances. The master bedroom has a dressing area and en suite while a second double bedroom has a Jack & Jill en suite shower.
The lodge has parking and a decked terrace to front and rear. The rear overlooks the beck and offers a tranquil space for outdoor entertaining.
The park has an over 50's occupancy requirement.
