What happens next?
Upon finding a suitable property we will require an administration fee of £175.00. Reference checks will be made at this stage – please ensure you can provide your bank details and contact details for your previous landlord (if applicable) along with those of your employer. Our experienced staff will be pleased to help you should you have any questions.
Moving In
- Providing all payments, documents and references are in order your keys will be available for collection on the start date of your tenancy.
- You will need to inform your utility providers that you have moved into the property and transfer accounts into your name as quickly as possible.
- A copy of the inventory check for signature will be given to you on the start day or within days of moving in. Any comments or questions should be raised within 7 days of receipt.
