Whilst renting a property is certainly less stressful (and more straightforward) than attempting to purchase - especially in today's home-buying climate for first-time buyers - it is still by no means simple. Register your details with your local office. Rental properties tend to go quickly so if we have your details we can keep you fully updated on new properties. If you see a property that you like be prepared to act quickly.
What must you have and what might you compromise on?
How much would you be prepared to pay for the right property?
Are you looking for 6 months or a longer lease agreement?
We recommend starting your search 6-8 weeks prior to your move date.
Upon finding a suitable property you will need to complete an application fee and pay an administration fee of £175.00.

You will be issued a statement of account for your initial payment which will be one month rent and bond – equivalent to one month’s rent.
