Register your details with your local office. Rental properties tend to go quickly so if we have your details we can keep you fully updated on new properties. If you see a property that you like be prepared to act quickly.

We recommend starting your search 6-8 weeks prior to your move date.

Finding a suitable property…
Upon finding a suitable property you will need to complete an application fee and pay an administration fee of £175.00.

Reference checks…
will be made at this stage so please ensure you can provide your bank details, those of your employee and any previous landlords.

Statement of account…
You will be issued a statement of account for your initial payment which will be one month rent and bond – equivalent to one month’s rent.
