Roseberry Newhouse was established in 2005 with our first office in Stokesley opened by Sir Steve Redgrave. In 2006 we opened our highly successful Yarm office with a contemporary office in the former Post Office and were the first to use digital displays to promote all our properties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In 2007 we launched our Lettings Department, in response to requests from clients for the service, which enabled us to help many property owners who were unable to sell their property. Our lettings department manage properties throughout the region and are now recognised as a market leader.

During the market downturn we have not only retained all of our staff but seen our market share grow by offering clients professional advice on selling and accurately pricing property. A big increase in rental demand and the growth of our lettings department were significant factors in what has been a turbulent period in the property market.

This year we continue to grow with the opening of our Norton Office covering the local area and Wynyard. We are introducing a new brand for our Sales and Lettings departments and introducing a new Premier brand with distinctive logos and marketing.

The Home Sale Network is part of Cartus, a relocation company moving thousands of people worldwide. They have selected Roseberry Newhouse as their preferred agent in the Stokesley area. The network is made up of over 700 independent estate agents giving us access to buyers from across the country. In 2009 we won the Best Newcomer Award at their prestigious annual conference at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.
